gpc: remove Interix mention

In many cases the reasoning is poorly documented, or the reasoning
for setting GCC_REQD is to work around a compiler bug. Practically
a c99 compiler is now required for bootstrap (in at least several
dependencies) so we can entirely rule out GCC versions before 3.0.

Mark lang/gpc NOT_FOR aarch64. It's gcc 2.95, there's not a chance.

all: migrate homepages from http to https

pkglint -r --network --only "migrate"

As a side-effect of migrating the homepages, pkglint also fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines. These and the new homepages have been
checked manually.

lang: align variable assignments

pkglint -Wall -F --only aligned --only indent -r

No manual corrections.

Catch up to move of lang/gcc -> lang/gcc2.

Also, fix the referring paths to use the canonical pkgsrc form
(../../lang/gcc2) rather than ${.CURDIR}/../gcc2, which is not
idiomatic and thus easily overlooked, both by hand and via grep.

This is too old to support MacOS.

Resolves:
"INFO_FILES should be set to YES or yes."
"Packages that install info files should set INFO_FILES."
Makefile and PLIST warning, respectively.

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.

gsed related clean up.
* Stop to treat NetBSD's sed as GNU sed, not full compatible.
  * Then, no need to reset TOOLS_PLATFORM.gsed for NetBSD if USE_TOOLS+=gsed and
    real GNU sed is required.
  * In addition, convert simple USE_TOOLS+=gsed to conditionally, without NetBSD.
* convert {BUILD_,}DEPENDS+=gsed to USE_TOOLS, all tools from gsed are real gsed.

DESTDIR support.

Too ancient a source for amd64.

pkglint cleanup; update HOMEPAGE/MASTER_SITES.

Update MASTER_SITES (now in stable, and not exists on MASTER_SITE_LOCAL),
and separate sites for gcc's archive.

Possibly fix PR 34665.

List the info files directly in the PLIST, and honor PKG{INFO,MAN}DIR.
Bump the PKGREVISION due to the new location of the man pages.

Point MAINTAINER to pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org in the case where no
developer is officially maintaining the package.

The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is
that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by
submitting patches to the mailing list).  Since the folks most likely
to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are
already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't
developers.

Recursive revision bump / recommended bump for gettext ABI change.

Ran "pkglint --autofix", which corrected some of the quoting issues in
CONFIGURE_ARGS.

Fixed pkglint warnings. The warnings are mostly quoting issues, for
example MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR} is changed to MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR:Q}. Some

NOT_FOR_PLATFORM Interix.

Replaced "# defined" with "yes" in Makefile variables like GNU_CONFIGURE,
NO_BUILD, USE_LIBTOOL.

Remove USE_GNU_TOOLS and replace with the correct USE_TOOLS definitions:

	USE_GNU_TOOLS	-> USE_TOOLS
	awk		-> gawk
	m4		-> gm4
	make		-> gmake
	sed		-> gsed
	yacc		-> bison

Remove USE_BUILDLINK3 and NO_BUILDLINK; these are no longer used.

Convert to buildlink3.

Remove info files entries from PLIST.
While here add two missing entries in INFO_FILES.

In the new compiler selection framework, GCC_REQD is appended to, not
overridden.

replace deprecated USE_GMAKE with USE_GNU_TOOLS+=make.

Move WRKSRC definition away from the first paragraph in a Makefile.

Add trailing / to HOMEPAGEs

get rid of USE_GCC2/3 in pkg Makefiles, and set GCC_REQD or
USE_PKGSRC_GCC as appropriate, as this is handled by compiler.mk now.

USE_NEW_TEXINFO is unnecessary now.

Add the "if-exists" specs function.  Enables the addition of
crti.o and crtn.o to the executable if needed.
Bump PKGVERSION.

Convert to USE_NEW_TEXINFO.
Remove inclusion of bsd.pkg.install.mk AFAICT it was not needed and more
such a direct inclusion is not really advised I guess.

* Allow gpc to use the base system gcc on NetBSD systems for linking
  C and Pascal.
* Remove dependencies on gmp, rx, ncurses.  They're not needed for
  general Pascal programming, only for some of the units, and
  can be installed later if required.
* Bump PKGREVISION.

Use mk/gcc.buildlink2.mk rather than gcc/buildlink2.mk so lang/gcc3
is accepted. Suggested by Grant.

Use tech-pkg@ in favor of packages@ as MAINTAINER for orphaned packages.
Should anybody feel like they could be the maintainer for any of thewe packages,
please adjust.

Depend on gcc-2.95.3nb1 package. Bump PKGREVISION.

Place WRKSRC where it belongs, to make pkglint happy; ok'ed by wiz.

Add dependence on lang/gcc.  Pointed out by Tomasz Luchowski in
PR pkg/20398.

Fix MASTER_SITES.

Initial import of gpc.

GNU Pascal is the free 32/64-bit Pascal compiler of the GNU Compiler
Collection (GNU CC or GCC). It combines a Pascal front-end with the
proven GCC back-end for code generation and optimization.  Unlike
utilities such as p2c, this is a true compiler, not just a converter.

The purpose of the GNU Pascal project is to produce a Pascal compiler
(called GNU Pascal or GPC) which

   * combines the clarity of Pascal with powerful tools suitable for
     real-life programming,
   * supports both the Pascal standard and the Extended Pascal standard
     as defined by ISO, ANSI and IEEE (ISO 7185:1990, ISO/IEC
     10206:1991, ANSI/IEEE 770X3.160-1989),
   * supports other Pascal standards (UCSD Pascal, Borland Pascal,
     parts of Borland Delphi and Pascal-SC) in so far as this serves the
     goal of clarity and usability,
   * may be distributed under GNU license conditions, and
   * can generate code for and run on any computer for which the GNU C
     compiler can generate code and run on.

The current release implements Standard Pascal (ISO 7185, levels 0 and
1), a large subset of Extended Pascal (ISO 10206, aiming for full
compliance), is highly compatible to Borland Pascal (version 7.0) with
some Delphi extensions, and provides a lot of useful GNU extensions.

Initial revision
