inputmethod: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

The following distfiles could not be fetched (possibly fetched
conditionally?):

./inputmethod/anthy/distinfo 2ch.t
./inputmethod/anthy/distinfo okinawa-20090801.t

inputmethod: Remove SHA1 hashes for distfiles

Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for inputmethod category

Problems found locating distfiles:
	Package anthy: missing distfile 2ch.t
	Package anthy: missing distfile okinawa-20090801.t

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

Update scim-input-pad to 0.1.3.

SCIM Input Pad is an onscreen input pad used to input some symbols very easily.
