Bump applications PKGREVISIONs for python users that might be using
python3, since the default changed from python33 to python34.

I probably bumped too many. I hope I got them all.

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.

Import ibus-table-others-1.3.0.20100528 as inputmethod/ibus-table-others.
