Update vtk to 9.0.1

graphics: align variable assignments

pkglint -Wall -F --only aligned --only indent -r

Substitute hardcoded path to the C++ wrapper, fixing CHECK_WRKREF builds.

Avoid to relink in install phase, because relink remove RPATH.

Modular Xorg support and correctly depend on cmake. vtk-python bailed
out as cmake couldn't compile its API test...

Replaced the inclusion of the cmake buildlink3.mk file with a
BUILD_DEPENDS, since the buildlink3.mk file does not exist anymore.

Remove USE_BUILDLINK3 and NO_BUILDLINK; these are no longer used.

bl3'ify, and add an explicite dependency on Tk
should fix build error seen in bulk builds

Move MASTER_SITES from Makefile.vtkdist into Makefile.common so that
vtk-doc and vtk-data will successfully fetch their distfiles.  This
change comes from kre@munnari.OZ.AU and addresses PR#26668.

Replace RPATH_FLAG with LINKER_RPATH_FLAG and COMPILER_RPATH_FLAG,
which are the full option names used to set rpath directives for the
linker and the compiler, respectively.  In places were we are invoking
the linker, use "${LINKER_RPATH_FLAG} <path>", where the space is
inserted in case the flag is a word, e.g. -rpath.  The default values
of *_RPATH_FLAG are set by the compiler/*.mk files, depending on the
compiler that you use.  They may be overridden on a ${OPSYS}-specific
basis by setting _OPSYS_LINKER_RPATH_FLAG and _OPSYS_COMPILER_RPATH_FLAG,
respectively.  Garbage-collect _OPSYS_RPATH_NAME and _COMPILER_LD_FLAG.
