Recursive bump for harfbuzz's new graphite2 dependency.

Import ruby-gnome2-clutter-gdk-3.1.1 as graphics/ruby-gnome2-clutter-gdk.

Ruby-GNOME 2 is a set of Ruby language bindings for the various
application development libraries included with the GNOME/GTK+
environment.

Ruby/ClutterGDK is a Ruby binding of GDK specific API of Clutter.
