graphics: Remove adapta-gtk-theme This package is causing a lot of problems in bulk builds. There's no reason all the SVGs can't be pregenerated, but instead it needs to do a few hours of parallel conversions with inkscape. it's now unmaintained upstream so there's little chance of it getting distributed in a more sensible way in the future, and as maintainer, I no longer care about this package

graphics/adapta-gtk-theme: import version 3.95.0.11 Adapta is an adaptive GTK+ 2 and GTK+ 3 theme based on Material Design guidelines. This package also includes Adapta window manager themes for Xfce, MATE, and Openbox. Note: The Adapta authors strongly recommend using either the Roboto or Noto fonts with Adapta.
