pkglint -r --network --only "migrate"

As a side-effect of migrating the homepages, pkglint also fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines. These and the new homepages have been
checked manually.

Convert all occurrences (353 by my count) of

	MASTER_SITES= 	site1 \
			site2

style continuation lines to be simple repeated

	MASTER_SITES+= site1
	MASTER_SITES+= site2

lines. As previewed on tech-pkg. With thanks to rillig for fixing pkglint
accordingly.

Mark as not for SunOS.

"Use of DOWNLOADED_DISTFILE is deprecated. Use the shell variable
$$extract_file instead."

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.

Fix extracting quake3arena-demo and quake3server on DragonFly the same way
as already done for heretic2-demo. Clarify the comment.

Use INSTALLATION_DIRS

Second round of explicit pax dependencies. As reminded by tnn@,
many packages used to use ${PAX}. Use the common way of directly calling
pax, it is created as tool after all.

Mechanical changes to add DESTDIR support to packages that install
their files via a custom do-install target.

Hack around a strange difference in the compressed file format:
DragonFly's system gzip rejects the input due to bad magic number,
but bsdtar can understand it with the help of zlib. So just use
bsdtar as gtar on DragonFly for now.

Recursive revision bump / recommended bump for gettext ABI change.

Drop distinction between PKGSRC_USE_TOOLS and USE_TOOLS by making
PKGSRC_USE_TOOLS go away.  There is now only a single USE_TOOLS variable
that specifies all of the tools we need to build/run the package.

Create directories before installing files into them.

Note that gtar is required by the package.

Move WRKSRC definition away from the first paragraph in a Makefile.

make ${PAX} usage consistent:

- group 'zrw' and 'p' args, -s last
- use the && operator consistently
- strip unneeded parens
- some whitespace cleanup

Place WRKSRC where it belongs, to make pkglint happy; ok'ed by wiz.

Unconditionally set ONLY_FOR_PLATFORM.

Deprecate NO_WRKSUBDIR, replacing it with an explicit assignment of:

WRKSRC= ${WRKDIR}

This is much cleaner, much more indicative of what happens, and removes
another of the negative definitions (NO_.* = value).

Update to new COMMENT style: COMMENT var in Makefile instead of pkg/COMMENT.

Remove obsolete MIRROR_DISTFILE (we're allowed to distribute the unmodified
files).

Creats some dirs with the INSTALL_*_DIR macros, else this won't install.
Cool game, though. :-)

reorder line for pkglint

Heretic ][, originally produced by Activison and now ported to
Linux by Loki Software, is a weird beast. Using one of Quake's 3D
engines with a lot of extras (pole-vaulting, mana systems, magical
weapons and defense shields), the game excels in pleasing the eyes
and ears.
