Final release of shareware episode, no more updates expected.

doom1: Update to 1.9

- Update to latest shareware data file
- Add License (taken from Debian)
- Take maintainership

games/*: fix alignment of variable values

pkglint -Wall -r --autofix --only aligned

After running the above command, three packages had to be adjusted
manually:

In maelstrom-x11, pkglint didn't see that a commented variable
assignment should have been re-aligned as well.

In netmaze, there was a single line that didn't align well with all the
others, but pkglint decided to adjust the whole paragraph to this single
line. The result would have been ok, but not good.

In tscp, there was a paragraph where some of the lines were indented
one space more than the others. This rule is useful when one variable
name is very long compared to the others, but not in this case.

Follow some redirects.

Convert all occurrences (353 by my count) of

	MASTER_SITES= 	site1 \
			site2

style continuation lines to be simple repeated

	MASTER_SITES+= site1
	MASTER_SITES+= site2

lines. As previewed on tech-pkg. With thanks to rillig for fixing pkglint
accordingly.

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.

Initial import of doom1.

This package contains the shareware level data for Doom,
ID software's famous 3D shooter.
