Update ttf2pk to 1.5 to sync with freetype-lib.

Changes:
- Added support for multiple SFD files.
- New option `-L' to provide a ligature mapping file.
- New  option  `-w'  to  emit PostScript  encoding  vectors  for
  subfont  files  to  be  used  with pdfLaTeX.
- Add support  for a  configuration file (ttf2pk.cfg)  which can
  read more  than a  single map file,  similar to  pdfTeX.
- Support for  character codes  greater than 0xFFFF.
- ttf2tfm no longer  assumes that the x-height  is always 400 PS
  units.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
