fonts/font-util: New pkgconfig.mk for cross-compilation assistance.

Fixes cross-build of modular-xorg-fonts.

font-misc-misc: update to 1.1.3.

This release bundles up the last twelve years worth of build system
improvements, including making the configure script more efficient
and using the -n flag to gzip to improve build reproducibility.

It also corrects an incorrectly drawn glyph for a Japanese character
in the k14 font.

all: migrate several HOMEPAGEs to https

pkglint --only "https instead of http" -r -F

With manual adjustments afterwards since pkglint 19.4.4 fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines.

This mainly affects projects hosted at SourceForce, as well as
freedesktop.org, CTAN and GNU.

Move fonts from lib/X11/fonts to share/fonts/X11.

As discussed on tech-pkg.

Bump PKGREVISION.

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.

Bump versions as listed below, based on PR pkg/45549
which again based on following upstream announce.

Also fonts/font-misc-misc/patches/patch-ab is deleted, upstream
no longer has the lines originally patch-ab is removing.

Switch master site to MASTER_SITE_XORG.

USE_TOOLS+=gzip on a bunch of font packages.

Import font-misc-misc-1.0.0 from pkgsrc-wip, containing the standard
"fixed" PCF font.

Patches remove the reference to bdftruncate (never used) and mkfontscale
(bitmap fonts only). Perl is not needed any longer as site effect and
should have never been checked for in first place.
