editors: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

editors: Remove SHA1 hashes for distfiles

Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for editors category

Problems found with existing distfiles:
	distfiles/javascript-2.1b1.el
	distfiles/yEd-3.14.2.zip
No changes made to the javascript-mode or yEd distinfo files.

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

Add RMD160 digests in addition to the SHA1 ones.

Update Ted to version 2.16

* To change the hyperlinks as saved by older versions of Ted to blue and
  underlined once run the command TED_HYPERLINKS_BLUE=1 Ted old.rtf and save
  the document.

Update Ted dictionaries to 2.11 versions to go along with that version
of Ted.

Update ted and its spell checking libraries to 2.10.
Changes are unknown, except that it doesn't depend on libungif anymore.
XXX: Merge the spellchecking packages?

Move ted and support packages from textproc to editors.
