Oops, commit sums for new patch filenames.

Update to 4.8. No changelog. From the diffs:

- Update maintainer email address
- Regenerate with Autoconf 2.61
- Remove --with-purify configure option
- Remove old malloc
- Improve build system
- Remove TODO
- Sprinkle missing return types
- Fix bugs

pkgsrc changes:

- Specify license
- Merge ce-doc (always installed) and ce-x11 (with the 'x11' option)
  into this package
- Remove MAKE_JOBS_SAFE=no (seems fine)
- Comment patches and modernize patch filenames

editors: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

editors: Remove SHA1 hashes for distfiles

Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for editors category

Problems found with existing distfiles:
	distfiles/javascript-2.1b1.el
	distfiles/yEd-3.14.2.zip
No changes made to the javascript-mode or yEd distinfo files.

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden).  All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

DESTDIR support

Use REPLACE_INTERPRETER instead of a patch.

Update to 4.6. No changelog; changes include newer autoconf and
bringing in bash's malloc implementation.

Add RMD160 digests in addition to the SHA1 ones.

Update to 4.5. No changelog available, and diffs are extensive.
Many (most?) are to take more care with types and declarations.

"teach-ce" should find ce(1) in ${LOCALBASE}, not ${PREFIX}.

make this compile with gcc3: varargs -> stdarg

Initial import of ce-4.4, from my own PR pkg/15627.
Suggestions from agc. Approved by garbled.

This editor is derived most directly from Dave Conroy's original
MicroEmacs (uEmacs) editor, version 30, and Dan Lawrence's MicroEmacs
v3.6.  Some stuff from mg, version 2a, has also been used.

This version of ce is intended for use in normal ttys.
