A brief summary of this advisory follows:
Subversion servers reveal 'copyfrom' paths that should be hidden according to
configured path-based authorization (authz) rules. When a node has been
copied from a protected location, users with access to the copy can see the
`copyfrom' path of the original. This also reveals the fact that
the node was copied.
Only the 'copyfrom' path is revealed; not its contents. Both httpd
and svnserve
servers are vulnerable.
We recommend all users to upgrade to a known fixed release of the
Subversion server.

Fix failing configure when apr-util with db4 is used - result from change of drochner@ in databases/db4/buildlink3.mk rev. 1.36
Fix PLIST, configure really, issue when apr-util package has db4
option selected: subversion's configure script does not detect db4
support in apr-util hence ${PREFIX}/lib/libsvn_fs_base-1.* are not
built and installed.
So what's going on ? Well since devel/apr-util has db4 support with
DSO, apu-1-config does not report db4 libraries, flags, etc.

The workaround is to give the argument --with-berkeley-db=... to
subversion's configure script when apr-util package has db4 option

Restore support for apr0 via the SUGGESTED apr1 option. Do not include logic to auto-enable apr1 if the option apache22 is defined because apache22 does not appear to be a valid option. Do not force apr1 if serf is selected. Instead, fail and force the user to choose consistent options. No PKGREVISION because apr1 is the default and the resulting package is unchanged. apr0 support not tested.

BUILD_USE_MSGFMT and USE_MSGFMT_PLURALS are obsolete. Replace with USE_TOOLS+=msgfmt.
Over 1200 files touched but no revisions bumped :) RECOMMENDED is removed. It becomes ABI_DEPENDS. BUILDLINK_RECOMMENDED.foo becomes BUILDLINK_ABI_DEPENDS.foo. Lose PKGREVISION.
Add a missing entry to PLIST. Bump PKGREVISION.
Fix build: use PKG_BUILD_OPTIONS.apr instead of PKG_OPTIONS.apr.
Define BUILD_USES_MSGFMT because this package needs msgfmt to generate .mo files.
We used to avoid building all of Subversion again when building
sub-packages (p5-subversion, py-subversion, and ap2-subversion) by
hand-hacking build-outputs.mk, which was a big pain. Consequently,
since the 1.0.7 update, pkgsrc has re-built the whole thing for each
subpackage. This is annoying and makes p5-subversion not work with
pkgviews on Darwin.
Now, we'll fix the problem by patching gen-make.py, which generates
build-outputs.mk. I may even be able to commit this change upstream.

We don't need to check for APR_USE_* or generate our own _APR_OPTIONS variable since the apr/buildlink3.mk file does the right thing for us already; we simply need to include it and check the value of PKG_OPTIONS.apr.
Move gettext-lib/buildlink3.mk into Makefile.common; all the Subversion packages need this, not just subversion-base.

The subversion configure script will probe for apache in the environment by looking for apxs in the PATH, which we don't protect against (yet) in buildlink3. Explicitly disable building the Apache modules to prevent build errors.
