Drop "55" (php55) from PHP_VERSIONS_ACCEPTED.

Restrict PHP_VERSIONS_ACCEPTED to 55 and 56.

Add igbinary option, disabled by default. This option enables binary
protocol communication with memcached. Bump PKGREVISION.

devel/libmemcached builds with the sasl option by default. Therefore, this
package will pickup that option and build itself with SASL support too.
However, the user might want to disable that in devel/libmemcached and this
package too. Use the options framework to make that possible, while retain-
ing default pkgsrc behaviour which is enabling it.

Needs pkg-config.

Update php-memcached to 2.2.0.
