archivers: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

Update to tasty-1.4.1

* Deduplicate command line options when there is more than one
  TestReporter. Expose the function that does that,
  uniqueOptionDescriptions.

  tasty (or have the constraint solver pick it for you when testing

    ability to read environment variable arguments.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
