glibmm2.68: add new package glibmm is a C++ interface for the devel/glib2 library. This package follows the 2.68 API. Changes compared to devel/glibmm: 2.68.0 (stable): This is the first stable release in the glibmm-2.68 ABI series. It is parallel-installable with the glibmm-2.4 ABI.
