Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for converters category Problems found with existing distfile: distfiles/libiconv-1.13-cp932.patch.gz No changes made to the libiconv distinfo file. Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
Update to 0.9.9:

don't patch Makefile.am or configure.in, as they cause 'make build' to re-run configure which overwrites our libtool wrapper. fixes install on Solaris.
Changes 0.8.3: extends the Sheet files support, and fixes several memory leaks
Don't add -rpath to the libtool command used to create the uninstalled libcompat.la, as that makes libtool think that package will be installed. This was causing libpsiconv.la to depend on libcompat.la, even though the latter was never installed. Bump the PKGREVISION.
Make build again after recent ImageMagick update. While here switch to buildlink2. Bump PKGREVISION
