Retire tzc, zephy and zephyr-mode, the last krb4 users in pkgsrc.
Can be revived as krb5 versions later.

Use BUILDLINK_PREFIX.kth-krb4 to get krb4 includes, not /usr.

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.

chat/tzc: Add DragonFly and FreeBSD support

DragonFly and FreeBSD don't build libdes with Kerberos IV.  Likely the
modification of removing -ldes and adding -lcrypt could have been done
entirely with changing LDFLAGS, but conservately sed subsitition was used
in order to avoid changing library linking order and possibly breaking
other platforms.

Add user-destdir installation support.

Reset maintainer, he resigned.

We no longer need a dependency on zephyr at run-time.  Bump the
PKGREVISION.

XXX This package is broken WRT kerberos handling, and the fact that it
XXX directly installs into ${LOCALBASE} and not ${PREFIX}.

Removed an empty line.

Remove USE_BUILDLINK3 and NO_BUILDLINK; these are no longer used.

Convert to bl3.

Use chat/zephyr/... not chat/zephyr-current/...
