audio: Remove squeezeboxserver

- The package does not build due to a hard requirement on mysql55.
- The product line this package supports was discontinued in 2012.
- The package itself has not been touched since import in 2010.
- The package comes with a big scary box of warnings at the top
indicating woe on anyone who might want to touch it.

audio: align variable assignments and directives

Bump PKGREVISION for perl-5.24.

Comment out dependencies of the style
{perl>=5.16.6,p5-ExtUtils-ParseXS>=3.15}:../../devel/p5-ExtUtils-ParseXS
since pkgsrc enforces the newest perl version anyway, so they
should always pick perl, but sometimes (pkg_add) don't due to the
design of the {,} syntax.

No effective change for the above reason.

Recursive PKGREVISION bump for all packages mentioning 'perl',
having a PKGNAME of p5-*, or depending such a package,
for perl-5.22.0.

use mysql 5.5.  bump pkg rev.

Bump for perl-5.20.0.
Do it for all packages that
* mention perl, or
* have a directory name starting with p5-*, or
* depend on a package starting with p5-
like last time, for 5.18, where this didn't lead to complaints.
Let me know if you have any this time.

Fix/Update DEPENDS paterns for perl CORE modules, with some trivial fixes.

Bump PKGREVISION for runtime dependency pattern changed packages.

Bump all packages for perl-5.18, that
a) refer 'perl' in their Makefile, or
b) have a directory name of p5-*, or
c) have any dependency on any p5-* package

Like last time, where this caused no complaints.

Bump PKGREVISION for mysql default change to 55.

Bump all packages that use perl, or depend on a p5-* package, or
are called p5-*.

I hope that's all of them.

Drop superfluous PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT, "user-destdir" is default these days.

Recursive bump from mysql51-client library changed to use openssl.

- depend upon two more packages no longer part of perl 5.14 base,
  p5-Class-ISA and p5-Data-Compare
- bump the p5-Audio-Scan acceptable version to what pkgsrc now has
- bump pkgrev as the depends have changed

Move PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT up.

b3.mk was fixed, drop failed manual attempt at upper limit

Fix previous; it only depended on mysql-client.

XXX: mysql51-server's bl3 file does not limit the version to less than 5.5;
XXX: should it?

Use mysql.buildlink3.mk instead of explicitly depending on mysql51-server.
As a precaution (given the known bodginess of this package) set
MYSQL_VERSIONS_ACCEPTED to 51 (only) to preserve the previous behavior.

Someone who has the hardware should probably test it on mysql55-server
sometime.

Relax dependency in the hope that it still works instead of failing due
to missing dependency.

Let to offer pkgsrc default mysql server for resolving dependency.

Make squeezeboxserver accept p5-Audio-Scan-0.84.

Bump the PKGREVISION for all packages which depend directly on perl,
to trigger/signal a rebuild for the transition 5.10.1 -> 5.12.1.

The list of packages is computed by finding all packages which end
up having either of PERL5_USE_PACKLIST, BUILDLINK_API_DEPENDS.perl,
or PERL5_PACKLIST defined in their make setup (tested via
"make show-vars VARNAMES=..."), minus the packages updated after
the perl package update.

sno@ was right after all, obache@ kindly asked and he@ led the
way. Thanks!

Fix DEPENDS list and make user/group names builder-configurable.

Add the necessary NO_{BIN,SRC}.  I thought RESTRICTED was enough.

Initial, long overdue import of audio/squeezeboxserver, version 7.5.1, into
the NetBSD Packages Collection.

To be honest, either you already know what this piece of software is, or
you don't really care.  The Squeezebox and all the other networked audio
players made by Logitech are cool devices, though.

Here's the DESCR:

SqueezeboxServer is the software behind Logitech's networked audio players such
as the Squeezebox.  It streams music to the device over the network from your
local computer.
