    mgl_add_atfork_func() の追加 (内部関数 not API)

    画面切替えのとき、マウスを close しないといけない場合があるが、
    fork したときに 子プロセスが、マウスを open したままなので
    問題があることが分かった。

    mgl_add_atfork_func で close 関数を登録しておけば、
    fork 時に呼ぶことになっている mgl_ignore_auto_close()
    の中で close() される。
